What to Expect Before, During, and After Your Visit

At Wellness at Century City, we aim to provide a personalized, integrative healthcare experience that addresses your unique needs. Here’s what you can expect at every step of your visit with Dr. Cho.

Before Your Visit:

  1. Where can I find the new patient forms?: Please complete the necessary forms sent from noreply@tebra.com within three days of scheduling your appointment.
  2. Is there a cancellation policy?: Kindly note, a $275 cancellation fee applies if your appointment is canceled within two days of your scheduled visit.
  3. Do I need to provide my ID and Insurance Card?: Either bring your ID and insurance card to your visit or email them to us in advance.
  4. How can I submit medical records?: If you have any medical records or labs that need to be reviewed during your visit, bring a copy or email them to us beforehand.
  5. Where do I park?:
    • Parking is available under our building, but we do not offer validation. We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early if you plan to park here.
    • Alternatively, free parking is available at Roxbury Park (471 S Roxbury Dr, Beverly Hills, CA 90212), which is about a 7-10 minute walk from our office. (Highlighted in green below)
    • There is metered and 4-hour street parking near Roxbury Park, and 2-hour street parking is available on Spalding Drive. (Highlighted in orange below)

During Your Visit:

What can I expect during my visit?: Your visit with Dr. Cho will be a thorough, integrative discussion about your health. This consultation will not only address your symptoms but will delve deeper into your holistic wellness. We will explore factors such as:

  • Childhood health and early life experiences
  • Stress levels and emotional wellbeing
  • Sleep quality
  • Chronic inflammation
  • Gut health
  • Weight management and muscle-to-fat ratio
  • Hormone balance

The goal is to understand how all these factors interact and contribute to your current state of health. This comprehensive assessment may also involve reviewing previous lab results or ordering new tests to help clarify your health picture.

Are labs and other testing covered by insurance?

  • Labs and tests ordered are typically out of pocket.
  • Blood tests are submittable to insurance for possible reimbursement.
  • Specialty testing may be recommended for a more in-depth analysis of your health.

After Your Visit:

How will my visit be billed? Your visit doesn’t end when you leave the office. Dr. Cho spends additional time after your appointment to:

  • Review your medical records
  • Craft a comprehensive summary of your visit
  • Develop an action plan for your ongoing care

The fee for your visit is based on the total time spent, including both the in-person consultation and the additional time reviewing records and creating your plan.

Can I submit this visit for insurance reimbursement?: We are an out-of-network practice, but we offer the following support for insurance billing:

  • A complimentary superbill (PDF) for self-submission to your insurance provider.
  • Alternatively, we can submit the claim on your behalf for a $18.00 service fee.

Concierge Program:
