We are currently out-of-network with all insurance plans.

After each visit, we provide a complimentary “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance to be reimbursed, depending on your specific out-of-network coverage. Please contact your insurance provider for more information. We also offer a service to submit the claim directly to your insurance on your behalf.

We accept cash and card. Appointment fees are based on a sliding scale depending on how much time Dr. Jessica Cho and her staff dedicate to your care. Appointments are scheduled on  a 15-minute interval ranging from 15 minutes to 60 minutes.

We are located in the Century City Medical Plaza, on the corner of Century Park East and Olympic Blvd. The building has an underground valet parking garage, with an entrance on Century Park East. We are unable to validate parking inside the building. The parking fee is $10 for the first two hours.

There is some free street parking on Spalding St and near Beverly Hills High School.

Century City Westfield Mall is approximately a 10-15 minute walking distance from our office and has a reasonable fee of $4/hour.
